Updating USB connection on Verifone Payment Terminal

If players are experiencing issues where the ball machine does not dispense balls after credits have been charged from the app, it may be necessary to restore the USB connection. 

Unfortunately, we are experiencing that the system can deduct money/credits from a customer without dispensing balls. This is because the USB connection to the relay, which is supposed to tell the ball machine to dispense, has been lost, so we need to restore it.

Start by pulling the USB plug out of the back of the Verifone UX700 terminal.

Then, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, after which you plug it back in (USB is not plugged in). 

The system will restart - wait for this screen.

Then, plug the USB cable back in, preferably into a different port than the one it was in. If the image below appears, click the following:
