2024-02-01: New alarm feature for open doors in vending machines
We have experienced some challenges with players who "forget" to close the doors behind them when they have taken a product. If the following player does not close the door before use, it can cause challenges. We are now trying to overcome this with this new feature on our machines.
We have introduced a check for open doors, and a player is now no longer allowed to interact with the machine until all doors are closed. See the video below for example:

We have also made a built-in feature for if/when a door cannot be closed. In that case, hold down the alarm on the screen and release again when the square appears (As in the video below). This gives you the opportunity to get the players further in the process yourself, but it also gives GolfNext's support the opportunity to work on your machine if you need our help.
