Important changes in E-statement and fee calculations. 

We are pleased to inform you of significant changes to your fee calculation and reporting process that will improve your experience with Worldline.

As of August 7, 2023, Worldline has made the following update:

1. Fee calculation method:
The agreement with Worldline is based on "Interchange++," where the fee fluctuates from card type to card type.

Which is to achieve the lowest possible fee for you.

Worldline has so far charged a prepaid fee of 1.65% based on an expected average consideration. Subsequently, you have received an invoice/credit note from Worldline based on the actual fee.

This has often resulted in a small invoice or credit note. Both parts have been a major source of irritation for many.

Fortunately, Worldline has now switched to taking the correct fee for each payment, so your payment will be correct immediately. So no more invoices/credit notes on charges from Worldline.

2. Impact of reports:
As a result of this change, you will notice that the Payment Report and the Accounting Report no longer show the field for fee calculation. We do not receive any information from Worldline about the individual fee, so we do not have the option of showing a fee calculation.

3. Reconciliation with the bank:
Our reports are indicative and as accurate as possible, but the absolutely correct figures for reconciliation with the bank are those that you receive in the e-statement sent by Worldline in connection with each payment.
* Column O: Gross amount = your revenue (matches our report date to date)
* Column P: Comm. Amount = Fee
* Column Q: Net amount = your payout
* Note that there are 2 lines with payment, one for VI = Visa and one for MC = Master card
